What is the availability of mojoRTK? mojoRTK and related products are available from us.
What is the purpose behind installing mojoRTK in the radio slot? The radio slot provides a convenient and easily accessible location for electronics. The use of the radio slot eliminates guidance specific cab clutter, including wiring and mounting kits. This maximizes free space in your tractor cab to increase operator comfort.
Can I use a different monitor and attach it into the mojoRTK? Yes. mojoRTK was designed to be the most simple and user friendly auto-steer guidance product on the market. Its backlit LCD screen provides clear graphics for easy operation. We understand that some operators are accustomed to larger monitors. We currently support NMEA position out and more options will be available in the future including ISO 11783 virtual terminals.
Do I need a GPS subscription for the mojoRTK? No. The mojoRTK is just that, Real Time Kinematics providing 5cm repeatable accuracy with 99% position reliability. Most vendors only quote accuracy in terms of 50-60% reliability. We believe most farmers expect their equipment to operate more than 50-60% of the time.
Who will service my mojoRTK? mojoRTK is the first auto-steer guidance product that can be fully serviced via our Virtual Wrench™ remote service center. Virtual Wrench ™ allows an operator in the tractor to press a button to request service from our certified mojoRTK technicians. The technicians can gain access to the mojoRTK using the mobile phone network. The technicians can view the exact same screen on the mojoRTK as they could if they were sitting in the tractor cab. This allows the technicians to perform service and diagnostic work including software upgrades using Virtual Wrench ™ without ever setting foot on your farm.
Will mojoRTK work with my tractor or sprayer? mojoRTK will support existing factory and third party vendor steering kits. Supported kits include:
- Trimble EZ-Steer® motor (when fitted to a Front Wheel Assist)
- AGCO Challenger® MT7xx track tractors
- John Deere AutoTrac™ Ready Plug & Play front wheel assist tractors including 8x30 and 7x30
- AutoTrac™ Universal Steering Kit
- Beeline VIU Hydraulic Interface
Will mojoRTK do more than just auto-steer guidance? mojoRTK is an auto-steer platform with the ability to do much more. While auto-steer guidance is our first application to improve machine productivity, new and enhanced software applications for mojoRTK include:
- GLONASS Upgrade: Adds an additional 12 positioning satellites to the existing 24 in GPS constellation
- Baseline Extensions: 12km & 25km. Each mojoRTK comes with 6km range as standard
- Elevation Accuracy: Enhances vertical(Z)accuracy
- NMEA Output: Adds GPS positioning data to an existing software package
- CMR compatability Console/Base: Provides stand-alone RTK correctional software, which can be used with third party products
- Fixed Position Input Base: Allows fixed reference longitude & latitute settings from the Base unit
With the exception of the GLONASS Upgrade, these software modules are only available via our network of national resellers as they form part of a customised solution, tailored to meet the needs of the individual customer
