Virtual Wrench™ - How it works

mojoRTK has a built-in data modem that enables you to request technical support simply by pressing the 3 button on your mojoRTK console twice.The user will then be prompted to confirm a contact phone number which the service technician can use to call them on.

The service request sends an email and SMS message to the service technician, who can then ‘take over’ your system via the internet. The technician receives an error log from the Leica product and has full, real-time access to the console as though they were in the paddock themselves; they can view screens, change settings, upload software and even 'push’ buttons on the customer’s behalf.

Anything that can be done on the console in the cab can be done remotely by a service technician on Virtual Wrench™. Less downtime. Guaranteed.

1-Year Bronze Member Service Plan — $300.00 ex GST

The Bronze Member Service Plan is offered exclusively to our mojo3D customers through Virtual Wrench. mojo3D Bronze Members will receive the following:

Coverage of up to four mojo3D products per address/location

Installation Phone Support*

4-pack of Virtual Wrench service tickets

Phone support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Bronze Member Service Plan must be purchased with the mojo3D system. If you want access to automatic software upgrades through Virtual Wrench, a Sim Card supplied and Data charges paid.

 

1-Year Silver Member Service Plan - $400.00 + GST

The Silver Member Service Plan is offered exclusively to our "mojo3D with Steering" customers through Virtual Wrench. The "mojo3D with Steering" customer will receive the following:

Coverage of up to four mojo3D with Steering Systems per address/location

Installation Phone Support

Phone support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Silver Member Service Plan must be purchased with the "mojo3D with Steering" system. If you want access to automatic software upgrades through Virtual Wrench, a Sim Card supplied and Data charges paid.

 

1 - Year Gold Member Service Plan - $600.00 + GST

The Gold Member Service Plan is offered exclusively to our mojoRTK and Steering customers with either the mojo3D or Leica iNEX through Virtual Wrench. The mojoRTK with Steering customer will receive the following:

12-pack of Virtual Wrench Tickets

Phone support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Installation

While the Leica Ag Gear is designed to be easily installed by the purchaser of the products it is recommended that a qualified installer is used.

Installation costs vary depending on the system being installed. Every installation is slightly different and needs to be quoted on an individual basis.
